3D Seat Cover Configurator Help

How does it work?

The basic steps:

1 - Pick the bike model that matches yours here.

2 - Click the "Customise my seat cover" button.

3 - Customise your seat cover using the 3D configurator.

• Click to edit your seat cover

4 - Once you're done, click the "Add to cart" button right inside the 3D configurator

Customising the seat:

Click to edit your seat cover.

You'll then get access to the colour customisation menu:

Set up your seat cover with your colours and add it to the cart:

The embroidery:

This button: lets you add one (or several) piece(s) of embroidery. It could be a nickname, a name or a date.

Once selected, this menu will appear: You can then click on it, type in whatever text you want and add a social network logo if you'd like.

For embroidery, the available colours are the following (for any other colour, please get in touch):

• Dark blue
• Red
• White
• Yellow
• Fluo yellow
• Grey
• Pink
• Purple
• Orange
• Dark green

If a colour doesn't match any of these, the closest available one will be used.

Possible issues:

The 3D view and/or the menu won't load

To access the 3D customisation you need a solid internet connection.
If that's not the case, you can head here and use the customiser without a live preview.

If your connection is good, a few different issues can come up:

• The model doesn't show up or keeps loading forever.
• The 3D model loads but the customisation menu doesn't appear

Just wait a few seconds. If nothing has shown up after waiting, exit the 3D customisation and reload the page.
