Bike Sellier Workshop: Craftsmanship & Passion
100% French Expertise, Far From the Factory
Founded in 2018 by Mickaël, Bike Sellier is not a production line. It's the story of a passionate craftsman who decided to dedicate his hands to enhancing what physically connects you to your motorcycle: your seat.
Far from foreign assembly plants that churn out generic products by the thousands, each Bike Sellier seat cover is an act of patience. Paying for a BKS cover means investing in hours of meticulous work and fair compensation for a craftsman based in France.
The Transparency of Our Upholstery Craft
Creating the cover you envision using our 3D tool isn't done at the snap of a finger. The craft of a saddle maker/upholsterer demands rigor:
- The Choice of Leathers and Grip: We refuse thin Asian plastics. We purchase kilometers of professional grip and Alcantara that meet stringent abrasion standards and are tested for the demands of motorcycle sports.
- Millimeter-Precise Pattern Making: To ensure your cover has no unwelcome creases, the template of your seat (Derbi, KTM, Beta, Sherco...) is broken down into dozens of distinct pieces meticulously cut by hand.
- Sewing with Marine-Grade Thread: 3D sewing such dense leather assemblies requires a powerful machine. We use an ultra-strong marine-grade thread, resistant to UV, salt, and rain, so your seat lasts for years without ever cracking.
Our Promise: The Demand for a Unique Piece
When you order from Bike Sellier, you're not buying an off-the-shelf product. You are placing an order with a real person, who will print your ticket, retrieve the material from their rolls, cut it, embroider your emblem, and sew it. This is the cost of uncompromising quality.
It's this love for pure craftsmanship that has allowed us to achieve an exceptional rating of 4.8/5 from over 111 certified customers.
In the name of all the passion we put into this workshop: thank you for your trust.
