These terms of use (referred to as the "TOU") are intended to set out the legal framework governing how the site and its services are made available by GR FRANCE, and to define the conditions under which the "User" may access and use the services. These TOU can be viewed on the site under the "TOU" section.

Any registration or use of the site implies the User's acceptance of these TOU, in full and without reservation or restriction. When registering on the site through the registration form, each user implicitly accepts these TOU once registration is complete. Should the User not accept the TOU set out in this agreement, they must refrain from accessing the services offered by the site. bikesellier.fr reserves the right to unilaterally modify the content of these TOU at any time.

ARTICLE 2: Access to the site

The bikesellier.fr site gives the User free access to the following services: the website offers the following services: the sale of custom products (seat covers, graphics kits, clothing and everything related to the car and motorcycle world). It also sells what are known as stock products (seat covers, graphics kits, clothing and everything related to the car and motorcycle world). The site can be accessed free of charge from anywhere by any User with internet access. All costs incurred by the User to access the service (computer hardware, software, internet connection, etc.) are their responsibility. A non-member User does not have access to the restricted services. To get access, they must register by filling in the form. By agreeing to register for the restricted services, the member User undertakes to provide truthful and accurate information regarding their identity and contact details, in particular their email address. To access the services, the User must then log in using the username and password provided to them after registration. Any duly registered member User may also request to unsubscribe by going to the dedicated page in their personal area. This will take effect within a reasonable period of time. Any event due to force majeure resulting in a malfunction of the site or server, and subject to any interruption or change in the event of maintenance, shall not engage the liability of bikesellier.fr. In such cases, the User therefore agrees not to hold the publisher responsible for any interruption or suspension of service, even without notice. The User has the option of contacting the site by email at the publisher's email address provided in ARTICLE 1.

ARTICLE 3: Data collection

The site ensures that the User's personal data is collected and processed with respect for privacy, in accordance with French Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on information technology, data files and civil liberties. Under the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, the User has the right to access, rectify, delete and object to their personal data. The User exercises this right:

ARTICLE 4: Intellectual property

The trademarks, logos and signs, as well as all the content of the site (text, images, sound, etc.), are protected by the French Intellectual Property Code and more specifically by copyright.

The trademark BKS Sellerie GR is a registered trademark belonging to the company GR France

The User must obtain the site's prior authorisation for any reproduction, publication or copying of the various content. They undertake to use the site's content strictly for private purposes; any use for commercial or advertising purposes is strictly prohibited. Any reproduction, in whole or in part, of this site by any means whatsoever, without the express authorisation of the website operator, would constitute an infringement punishable under Article L 335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code. As a reminder, in accordance with Article L122-5 of the French Intellectual Property Code, any User who reproduces, copies or publishes the protected content must credit the author and their source.

ARTICLE 5: Liability

The sources of the information published on the bikesellier.fr site are deemed reliable, but the site does not guarantee that it is free of defects, errors or omissions. The information provided is given for general guidance only and has no contractual value. Despite regular updates, bikesellier.fr cannot be held responsible for changes to administrative and legal provisions that occur after publication. Likewise, the site cannot be held responsible for the use and interpretation of the information contained on this site.

The User must keep their password secret. Any disclosure of the password, in any form whatsoever, is prohibited. The User assumes the risks associated with the use of their username and password. The site accepts no liability. bikesellier.fr cannot be held responsible for any viruses that could infect the User's computer or any computer equipment as a result of using, accessing or downloading from this site. The site cannot be held liable in the event of force majeure or the unforeseeable and insurmountable act of a third party.

ARTICLE 6: Hypertext links

Hypertext links may be present on the site. The User is informed that by clicking on these links, they will leave the bikesellier.fr site. The latter has no control over the web pages these links lead to and cannot, under any circumstances, be held responsible for their content.

ARTICLE 7: Cookies

The User is informed that, during their visits to the site, a cookie may automatically be installed on their browser. Cookies are small files temporarily stored on the hard drive of the User's computer by your browser, which are necessary for the use of the bikesellier.fr site. Cookies do not contain any personal information and cannot be used to identify anyone. A cookie contains a unique identifier that is randomly generated and therefore anonymous. In their publications, the member undertakes to comply with the rules of Netiquette (rules of good conduct on the internet) and the rules of law in force.

The site may moderate publications and reserves the right to refuse to put them online, without having to justify this to the member.

The member remains the holder of all of their intellectual property rights. However, by posting a publication on the site, they grant the publishing company the non-exclusive and free right to represent, reproduce, adapt, modify, broadcast and distribute their publication, directly or through an authorised third party, anywhere in the world, on any medium (digital or physical), for the duration of the intellectual property rights. In particular, the Member grants the right to use their publication on the internet and on mobile phone networks.

The publishing company undertakes to display the member's name near each use of their publication.

Any content posted online by the User is their sole responsibility. The User undertakes not to post content that could harm the interests of third parties. Any legal action brought by an aggrieved third party against the site will be borne by the User. The User's content may be deleted or modified by the site at any time and for any reason, without notice.

ARTICLE 9: Applicable law and competent jurisdiction

French law applies to this agreement. In the absence of an amicable resolution of a dispute arising between the parties, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction to hear it.
