Graphics Kit & Seat Cover: 3 Golden Rules for a 100% Factory Look

The "factory" look is that works-bike vibe where everything is consistent, clean and thought through. Loads of riders start with the graphics kit… and forget the seat, which kills the whole effect. Here are our 3 golden rules for a sharp, pro finish, from tank to seat.

Rule #1: keep the palette to 2 colours + black

The classic mistake: piling on the shades. A proper factory look rests on two dominant colours max, with black as the base. Carry those two colours everywhere: on the graphics kit, the seat stitching, the trim lines. That consistency is what reads as "pro".

Rule #2: match the seat to the kit, not the other way round

The graphics kit dresses the plastics, but the seat is what you touch and look at up close. A cover with a coordinated design finishes the picture. Flip it around — a gorgeous set of graphics on a tired stock seat, and your eye goes straight to the weak spot. Think of the seat as the signature of your build.

Rule #3: nail the materials and the finish

The factory look is about feel too. Clean textured synthetic leather, crisp stitching, a well-placed grip zone, maybe a touch of alcantara: these are the details that separate a "stickered" bike from one that's genuinely dialled in. Our guide Which material to choose helps you get it right.

How to make it happen

Start from your BKS graphics kit, pin down your 2 colours, then reproduce them on your cover with the 3D configurator (live preview before we build it). Need inspiration for combos? We've put together a pick in Top 5 graphics kits to match.

Stick to these 3 rules and your 50cc will have that works-bike presence everyone notices. And since it's all handmade in France, in our workshop in Pia (66), the finish is as durable as it is good-looking.
