Refund Policy
In the event of a refund.
Each seat cover is designed for a specific bike model, so we can't be held responsible if your bike model doesn't match the cover you picked (for example: a Beta seat cover for a 125 YZ).
As a result, it won't be refunded beyond the legal cooling-off period.
If you run into a problem, you have 14 days (the legal cooling-off period) to send us any withdrawal or return request by email at: contact@bikesellier.fr
or through our contact form
On top of that, if you reckon the fault is on our end, get in touch and we'll look into it.
Custom items can't be exchanged or fully refunded. If a custom item has defects, a partial refund covering the defect or an identical exchange can be arranged.
In the event of an exchange, the return shipping costs will be charged to you. Also, if there's a price difference between the two models being exchanged:

If the price is higher, we'll send you an invoice for the difference.
